Participate in the Canada Day celebrations, we could use your help with this event. Be a Barricade Monitor for the parade or at Legacy Park help with other activities like the Petting zoo, Balloon twisting, Face painting, Carnival games, Entertainment and more.
The Whipper Snipper program will soon be underway. This is a volunteer service program where individuals, organizations, businesses, families and groups of youth can commit to assist seniors with yard work.
Join in the fun and excitement of helping at the Legacy Park Family Festival on June 3. There are many volunteer opportunities from helping with Set-up, the Petting zoo, Information both, barricade Monitors and more. Your assistance at the Fun Run would also be appreciated!
This is an opportunity to provide regular social support to isolated seniors to help them remain connected to their community. Time Commitment: a minimum of one hour per week for a minimum of six month.

In 2016, the Volunteer Centre’s survey tracked more than 138,000 volunteer hours in the Fort. The monetary value of these hours is approximately $3.5 million dollars! Fort Saskatchewan has Volunteer Spirit!
